Artichoke Bake

1 c Parmesian cheese
1 c Mayonaise
1 Dash of tabasco
1 Dash of garlic salt
2 cn Artichokes
Tear artichoke hearts into small bits. Mix remaining ingredients. Bake 350 degrees until bubbly.

Microwave Strawberry Jam

1 c Crushed strawberries
2 ts Lemon juice
3/4 c Sugar
1/4 ts Butter
1. Stir together strawberries, lemon juice, sugar and butter in an 8-cup
microwave-safe measuring cup. 2. Microwave on 100 percent power for 4 minutes, then stir and continue
to microwave at 100 percent power for 4 minutes. Pour into covered container, cool and refrigerate.

3/4 cup milk
2/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons onion — grated
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sage
1 1/2 pounds ground beef

1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Greek Sesame Bread
