2 ea Eggs,slightly beaten 2 c Shrimp,shelled/deveined 1 x Oil 1 x Pepper to taste 1/4 c Water 2 c Cornflake crumbs 1 x Salt to taste ——————————–SHRIMP SAUCE——————————– 1/4 c Pickle relish 1/2 t Mustard,prepared 1 T Lemon juice 1 c Mayonnaise 1 ea Egg,hard-cooked,chopped 1/2 t Onion,grated 1. 2. into crumbs again. sprinkle with salt and pepper. 5. Sauce or your favorite sauce. 2. NOTE: You may prefer broiled shrimp. |
