A delicious recipe for Bay Horse, with blended whiskey, Pernod® licorice liqueur, dark creme de cacao, heavy cream and nutmeg.
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz blended whiskey
1/2 oz Pernod licorice liqueur
1/2 oz dark creme de cacao
1 oz heavy cream
1/4 tsp grated nutmeg
Method
Pour the whiskey, Pernod, creme de cacao and cream into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, and strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes.
Garnish with nutmeg, and serve.
