A delicious recipe for Coco-Cognac, with cognac, creme de cacao and milk.
Ingredients
1 oz cognac 1 oz creme de cacao 6 oz milk or cream
Method
Pour cognac and creme de cacao into an 8 oz. pina colada glass over ice. Top with milk or cream. Garnish with a cherry and shaved chocolate/cocoa powder.

A delicious recipe for Cognac Flip, with egg, sugar syrup, cream, cognac and ice.
Ingredients
1 egg yolk 1/2 oz sugar syrup 3/4 oz cream 1 3/4 oz cognac ice
Method
Shake well all ingredients in a shaker. Strain into cocktail glass and grate some nutmeg on top.
