1/2 cup butter 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 3/4 teaspoon black pepper 2 drops Tabasco sauce 1/2 cup lemon juice 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard Salt to taste
Combine all ingredients. Heat until butter melts. Broiler juices may be added. Serve with steak.
