Chinese Red Marinade

———————————-FOR PORK———————————- 1 Garlic clove; crushed
1/2 t Freshly ground pepper
1/2 t Finely grated ginger root
4 t Soy sauce
4 t Honey
4 t Dry sherry
1/2 t Five-spice powder
4 t Chili sauce
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 3/4 cup

- 1-1/2 lbs —————————-TROPICAL FRUIT SALSA—————————- 17 oz Mango slices; drain, cubed
1 c Strawberries; sliced
1/2 c Kiwi; diced
3 tb Red onion; finely chopped
3 tb Fresh lime juice
1 ts Grated lime peel
1/4 ts Ginger
