1 1/2 lb Fresh tomatoes, peeled,
Seeded, and chopped 2 c Coarsely chopped onions
2 t Salt
1/2 t Dried oregano
1/2 c Water
3 c Shredded cooked turkey
Or chicken 2 c Sour cream
1 c Grated Cheddar cheese
