soy sauce

Directions:
Place beans and water in a large pot. Soak overnight. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and cook until tender, about 2-3 hours.

Speedy-Spicy Italian Dressing

1/2 c Pace Picante Sauce
1/3 c Bottled Italian Dressing
Combine ingredients; mix well. Serve as a dressing for favorite salads or use as a marinade for fresh vegetables, bean salads or cooked shrimp. Makes about 3/4 cup.

1/3 c Pace Picante Sauce
1/4 c Orange marmalade
1 tb Soy sauce
1 ts Finely shredded fresh ginger
Combine ingredients; mix well. Toss with mixed green salads. Makes about 2/3 cup dressing.
