2 pk Active dry yeast
2/3 c Warm water
5 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
2 1/3 c Skim, soy or rice milk
3 t Salt
1/2 c Honey
2 T Applesauce or prune puree
3 c Enriched white flour

Crockpot Chicken Stroganoff

chicken breasts, boneless

sour cream

cn
cream of mushroom soup

onion soup mix

Directions:

Mix all together and put into crockpot. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Or until chicken is tender. Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
